During the closed period, the members of the management and personnel participating in financial reporting shall not conduct any transactions in NoHo Partners’ financial instruments on their own account, or on the account of a third party, whether they possess inside information or not. A project-specific insider list is established for projects involving insider information. Persons on the list cannot trade in financial instruments of NoHo Partners during the project. Managers’ Transactions Persons with managerial responsibilities at NoHo Partners and persons closely associated with them must notify the Company and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) of transactions conducted in NoHo Partners’ shares, securities under current liabilities or their derivatives or other securities. The notification must be done promptly, no later than two business days after the transaction. NoHo Partners shall publish such a notification as a stock exchange release within three days of the transaction at the latest.
