Notification of directors’ and their closely associated persons’ transactions at NoHo Partners Plc

NoHo Partners Plc’s directors and their closely associated persons referred to in the Market Abuse Regulation ((EU) No 596/2014, ”MAR”) are requested to notify the Company and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) of transactions conducted in NoHo Partners’ shares, securities under current liabilities or their derivatives or other securities.

Such notification shall be made promptly and no later than two (2) business days after the date of the transaction. NoHo Partners Plc publishes the notification as a stock exchange release promptly after having received it.

Instructions for notifying transactions:

1. Please fill in the transaction notification form

Before filing the form, it must be saved to your computer by right-clicking on the form’s link and selecting “Save as”.

2. Please send the filled form promptly after transaction
