According to the notification of major shareholding the share of Mr Max Oy which is owned in equal shares 50%/50% by Timo Laine and Mikko Aartio of the total number of Restamax Plc shares has increased from 1 599 994 shares to 1 669 994 shares or to 10.05 per cent of the share capital and votes of Restamax Plc. There is no shareholder agreement between Timo Laine and Mikko Aartio but they exercise power of decision based on consensus over the shares of Restamax Plc owned by Mr Max Oy. Restamax Plc's share capital comprises a total of 16 619 620 shares and votes. The company has one series of shares and each share carries one vote.
