the Kemijärvi-based company Hansamix Oy sued Restamax Plc to appear at the Market Court for the breach of its registered trademark Flame and for prohibited unfair imitation. Restamax Plc published a stock exchange release regarding the matter on 31 January 2014. In accordance with a Market Court decision issued on 25 March 2014 that remains final
