According to the notification the company's holdings have fallen below 5% of the share capital and proportion of voting rights of Restamax Plc on 21 April 2015. The change is due to the merger of Mr Max Oy's fully owned subsidiary Ramanetto Oy into Mr Max Oy (Business ID 1077473-9) on 21 April 2015. Before the merger Mr Max owned 30.83% (5 049 400 shares) of Restamax Plc's shares. With the merger all of the 1 001 540 shares owned by Ramanetto Oy which amount to 6.11% of all Restamax shares were transferred to Mr Max Oy.
