According to the notification of major shareholding the share of PIMU Capital Oy which is controlled by Mikko Aartio of the total number of Restamax Plc shares has increased from 0 shares to 3 000 000 shares or to 18.32 per cent of the share capital and votes of Restamax Plc. In total the share of Mikko Aartio and the companies controlled by him of the total number of Restamax Plc shares has increased from 72 820 shares to 3 072 820 shares or to 18.76 per cent of the share capital and votes of Restamax Plc. Furthermore Mr Max Oy which is owned in equal shares 50%/50% by Mikko Aartio and Timo Laine owns 1 362 994 Restamax Plc shares or 8.32 per cent of the company's share capital and votes. There is no shareholder agreement between Mikko Aartio and Timo Laine but they exercise power of decision based on consensus over the shares of Restamax Plc owned by Mr Max Oy. On 1 July 2016 the Financial Supervisory Authority granted to Mikko Aartio the companies controlled by him and the other parties mentioned in the decision of the Financial Supervisory Authority which the Financial Supervisory Authority interprets to act together in order to exercise control in Restamax Plc permission to derogate from the obligation to launch a bid for Restamax Plc shares in accordance with the Securities Markets Act Chapter 11 Section 26.
